Chef Jeremy

Jeremy has been in the restaurant industry for just about 15 years. He’s finished all three levels of culinary and obtained his red seal at the northern lights college training under Michael French RSE C.C.C. MA.

 From a young age Jeremy always had a passion for cooking. Plenty of fond memories cooking with his Oma started things young.

The restaurant industry has always been where he feels at home! He has been lucky enough to travel, and form plenty of great friendships with other chefs throughout his career, including places such as Fairmont Jasper Park lodge!

Food is like a journey, and for Jeremy, that means it’s like building an experience with every new dish he puts out.

He enjoys building seasonal menus with the freshest ingredients we have available.

Chef Jesse

Jesse has been in the restaurant industry for more than 15 years. He’s a gamer at heart but his true calling is in the kitchen. He’s creative, friendly, and passionate about anything he does.

The restaurant industry called to him at a young age and he hasn’t stopped since. Constantly expanding his craft and open to trying new things, he always brings something fresh to the table.

You can find him in the kitchen or on the barbecue with a smile on his face, making sure the customer is always happy.
